the episode begins with stokes finding a tourist dead in a rooftop. stokes questions a few local people, including a craps dealer, a hooker, and a pharmacist. finally the breakthrough comes when brown finds some dna from a fingerprint. stokes goes back to the group and finds it was actually a craps dealer the whole time, whom they had questioned before. grissom says "The only substitute for good manners is fast reflexes." and the episode fades to black.
